Boating

As a Sea Scout Group our primary focus is on boating. Even the youngest members of the group (6 year old Beaver Scouts) are able to experience boating days and by the time our members reach Explorers many are competent in a number of water based activities.

During the boating season we run sailing, power boating and pulling most Fridays from our boathouse in Greenhithe. We are a RYA Training Centre for powerboating and sailing.

As well as boating on the River Thames we are very fortunate to have the use of the Bridge Lake for Kayaking and paddle boarding.
